Sales & Support Engineer - Control Room Markets

3D perception AS supplies the simulation, control room and entertainment industries with projection and projection related solutions. We are seeking a Sales Support Engineer to serve a growing international market within the control room automation industry. The successful candidate will assist large and small customers during equipment installation and on-site technical tasks, as well as pursuing and following up partner sales opportunities. The ability to perform well under changeable circumstances while maintaining a professional approach will be important. The position will require travel worldwide and will be based from the head office in Asker, Norway.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance to sales staff, pursuit and follow-up of sales opportunities
• On-going assessment of customer satisfaction and new business opportunities
• Influence the future direction of product development by providing market feedback.
• Assist customers in solving technical problems worldwide
• Technical follow-up of manufacturers and sub-suppliers

Qualifications:

• Solid technical education and electronics experience
• Mature with good communication skills and a professional approach
• Experience from the automation industry is an advantage
• Ability and interest to combine technical and sales activities as part of a team
• Self-motivated, reliable, ambitious
• Good language skills (English)
